An Orphan Girl’s Dream of Reaching University
Every student has a dream for the future. For some, continuing their education itself becomes a daily struggle. Yet, despite financial hardship and personal challenges, determination can keep a dream alive.
This young orphan student has reached the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) level through her own hard work and perseverance. Alongside her studies, she has been giving private tuition to support herself and continue her education.
She has now completed her HSC examination and is waiting for her results.
However, her journey towards higher education remains uncertain. Her family is trying to arrange her marriage, while she has a different dream in her heart—a dream of continuing her education and studying at a university.
She does not want her educational journey to end here.
Recognizing her determination and strong desire to pursue higher education, the Do Something Foundation (DSF) has stepped forward to support her dream.
DSF has provided BDT 20,000 in education assistance to help her purchase necessary books and enrol in coaching for university admission preparation.
This support will give her an opportunity to prepare for the next important stage of her academic journey and move one step closer to her dream of studying at a university.
