DSF Provides One Month of Food Support to a Remote Village Madrasa
On 10 September 2026, the Do Something Foundation (DSF) provided food assistance sufficient for one month to a madrasa located in a remote village of Naogaon District.
Many educational and religious institutions in remote villages operate with limited financial resources and often face difficulties in meeting their daily food requirements. Ensuring regular meals for students can become a significant challenge for such institutions.
The one-month food support will help meet the essential daily nutritional needs of the students and contribute to the smooth operation of the madrasa.
Proper nutrition is essential for children's healthy growth, well-being, and ability to concentrate on their studies. By providing essential food assistance, DSF aims to reduce some of the financial pressure faced by the institution and support the students' overall well-being.
Through its Food Security & Nutrition programmes, DSF continues to stand beside vulnerable communities, disadvantaged children, and resource-limited institutions across Bangladesh.
