Imagine a child waking up before dawn, walking miles to school, only to be turned away because they cannot afford a notebook. This is the reality for thousands of families in Bangladesh. Our Education & School Support program steps in at the exact moment when a child's future hangs in the balance — covering the costs that stand between a student and their classroom, and strengthening the schools that serve them.
For many families, the decision to keep a child in school comes down to impossible choices. A mother may sacrifice her own meal to buy her daughter a pen. A father may pull his son out of school to work — not because he doesn't value education, but because the family simply cannot survive otherwise.
In many villages, the local school is more than a building — it is a symbol of hope and often the only path out of poverty for an entire generation. We work alongside communities, not for them: parents contribute labor, local leaders help coordinate, and teachers receive the support they need. When everyone has a stake in the outcome, the results last for generations.
