Every day, women and children in rural communities walk miles to collect water — water that is often unsafe to drink. Every year, thousands of children in Bangladesh die from waterborne diseases that are entirely preventable. Our WASH program brings safe water and clean sanitation directly to the families who need them most.
Safe water is so basic that we take it for granted. But for many families, a clean tube well is the difference between health and chronic illness, between a child attending school and one too sick to leave home. We install tube wells so families can drink safely — and build hygienic toilets that protect health and preserve dignity.
