The Do Something Foundation (DSF) has provided BDT 100,000 in medical assistance to support the chemotherapy treatment of a cancer patient, helping the family continue essential and life-saving medical care.
DSF Stands Beside a Cancer Patient in the Fight for Treatment
Cancer is a serious and life-threatening disease, and its treatment often places an enormous financial burden on patients and their families. Regular medical consultations, diagnostic tests, medicines, and especially chemotherapy can be extremely expensive.
For families with limited financial resources, continuing cancer treatment can become a significant challenge. Many patients struggle to afford the ongoing costs of treatment, making timely and regular medical care difficult.
Recognising the urgent need for support, the Do Something Foundation (DSF) has provided BDT 100,000 (One Lakh Taka) in medical assistance to support the chemotherapy treatment of a cancer patient.
This financial assistance will help the patient and family manage the costly expenses associated with chemotherapy and continue the necessary treatment.
At DSF, we believe that access to essential medical care should not become impossible because of financial hardship. Through our medical assistance programmes, we continue to stand beside vulnerable patients and families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
Every contribution towards medical treatment represents more than financial support—it brings hope, dignity, and encouragement to patients and their families as they continue their fight for recovery.
